How can I book the Texel Family Villa?
Start by checking the prices and availability. Once you’ve made your selection, click ‘book’ to complete the booking procedure. A confirmation will be sent to your email, including additional payment details.
Is the family villa accessible for disabled persons?

The family villa’s ground floor is fully accessible. There is a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs. Do you require any assistive devices, e.g. a shower chair? You can bring your own or hire one. Please contact De Pelikaan Holiday Homes on +31 (0) 222 560 100 for more information.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival is at 3 pm. Departure is no later than 10 am.

Do I need to bring my own towels, kitchen linens, and bedding?
We provide all of the above for you. The beds are neatly made on arrival, with towels and kitchen linen available for use.
Are cots and/or highchairs available?
Two cots and highchairs are available. When booking, please indicate whether you require these. We’ll make sure everything is ready on your arrival. Please remember to bring your own linen for the cots.
Can I run laundry at the villa?

Yes! A washer, dryer, and drying rack are available in the storage area. An iron and ironing board are also stored there.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Texel Family Villa has excellent Wi-Fi (fibre) and Wi-Fi repeaters.
Is my dog welcome?

Unfortunately, furry pals are not welcome in the holiday home. We focus on keeping this accommodation as allergen-free as possible.

Can I hire a bicycle?

Yes. Van der Linde Fietsen Texel has bicycles available for hire. This bike rental company arranges delivery and pick-up of bicycle rentals.

Can I charge my car or bike?
The car park is equipped with an EV charging station. Bikes can be stored in the shed behind the family villa, where four bicycles can be charged simultaneously.
Can I have bread and pastries catered to the villa?

Yes, Broodjesservice Texel delivers fresh bread and pastries. Order online before 11.59 pm. Depending on the delivery route, your order will be delivered the next day between 6.45 and 8.30 am. Your order will be left neatly packed on your doorstep, so no need to get out of bed!

Is there a grocery delivery service?

For purchases of €25 or more, Plus Supermarket in De Cocksdorp is happy to deliver. Order online through the Plus Supermarket website, where you can also schedule the delivery date.
